Pick a size on the product page, add the item to your bag and go to checkout. Enter your delivery details and confirm. You receive an email that the order was received and, once we have checked availability, a confirmation of the order.

Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. No card or bank details are entered on this site.

Yes. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Delivery is added at checkout unless your order qualifies for free delivery.

Email orders@courtline.bg with your full name and your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we change or cancel it. After dispatch, use the normal returns process.

€4.90 per order in Bulgaria, with Speedy or Econt. Delivery is free on orders from €75.00. Details on the delivery page.

In Bulgaria usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. These are estimates — couriers and public holidays can add time.

Email orders@courtline.bg within 14 days of receiving the order, giving your full name and order number. Please send items back with their tags and in the original packaging. Full process on the returns page.

Within 14 days of the day we learn of your withdrawal. We may hold the refund until we receive the goods or you show proof of dispatch. It goes by bank transfer to the account you give us, together with the delivery fee.

Sizes are shown exactly as the brand labels them (EU for shoes, alpha or height in cm for clothing). Use the size guide to convert, and remember that brands differ — when in doubt, measure your foot or chest and compare in cm.

Sizes shown as unavailable are sold out. Stock is updated from our warehouse feed and cannot be reserved or back-ordered; if a size comes back it appears on the product page again.

Photos and descriptions come directly from the brand's product data. Colour names are the brand's own; screens can show colours slightly differently.
